Tomato Herb Dressing
Makes up to 86 Fluid Ounces
- 1 jar of Homemade Dressings Salad Dressing Mix
- 48 oz of regular olive oil or canola oil
- 24 ounces of red wine, cider or your favorite vinegar
- 1 six ounce tomato paste
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1/2 cup of Dijon or your favorite mustard
- Use a gluten free mustard and tomato paste for a gluten free dressing
Combine all ingredients in a one gallon container and mix well
Mix again with an emersion blender or whisk to emulsify
Let it rest for at least 60 minutes to let the flavors develop (overnight is best)
Stir once more after resting
Refrigerate if not using right away
