Vinaigrette or Marinade
- 2 tablespoons Homemade Dressings mix
- 1/3 cup red wine or cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey or to taste
- 1/3 cup tomato juice
- 1/3 cup olive oil or salad oil
Combine all ingredients
Mix well
Let rest for at least 30 minutes
