Roasted Red Pepper Dressing
Elegant and Nutritious
- 2 tablespoons Homemade Dressings mix
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar or cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup roasted red bell peppers
- 1 clove minced garlic or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional sweetness)
- 1/3 cup olive oil or salad oil
Add everything to a food processor or blender and blend well
Let dressing set for 30 minutes
Garnish salad with good cheese and/or fresh herbs
