Seasoned Butter or Olive Oil
For Meat, Fish, Poultry, Hot Vegetables and Breads
- 1 cup soft butter or olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Homemade Dressings mix
- 1 tablespoon Dijon or your favorite mustard
- 1 clove minced or pressed garlic
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest or 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional heat)
Combine and let rest for at least 30 minutes
Refrigerate if not using right away
Season meat, fish or poultry before or after cooking
Dress hot steamed vegetables for added flavor
Spread on bread before grilling or broiling
