Classic Vinaigrette Or Marinade
Easy and Fresh
- 2 tablespoons Homemade Dressings mix
- 1/3 cup wine vinegar or cider vinegar
- 2/3 cup olive oil or salad oil
Combine mix and vinegar. Let rest for 20 minutes to let the herbs and spices hydrate. Add oil and mix well.

- Try different vinegars for a new flavor
- Fresh lemon juice or grapefruit juice can substitute for vinegar
- Use high quality oils for good health and a new taste
- For a milder dressing reduce vinegar to 1/4 and increase oil to 3/4 cup
- Try a touch of honey for a bit of sweetness
- Dressings mix best at room temperature
